2022 Holiday & Floating Vacation Day Schedule

1. Easter: Friday, April 015 or Monday, April 18
   (must be pre-arranged with supervisor/general manager)

2. Memorial Day: Monday, May 30

3. 4^th of July: Monday, July 4

4. Labor Day: Monday, September 5

5. Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 24

6. Thanksgiving Friday: Friday, November 25

7. Christmas: Monday, December 26

8. New Years Day (2023): Monday, January 2

9. Your Birthday
In honor of your birthday please arrange with your supervisor to take the day off or coordinate a long weekend.

10. “I NEED A DAY!!” Or Two Or Three…
2022 will allow us to add THREE bonus days into the vacation day calendar for a total of 11 paid holidays.  Sometimes you need a day off to get caught up at home or just because you need a break.  This is your day…Arrangements must be made at least 1 week in advance to qualify. 

These company paid holidays are designed for planning purposes and to give our employees time to rest.  Each General Manager and team can work with the schedule and their employees to be as accommodating as possible.  Please see the employee handbook for holiday vacation eligibility. 

Please note: Monroe provides vacation for rest and your enjoyment and encourages all employees to take their vacation each year.  Monroe does not allow “carryover” vacation time except where mandatory by law.
