Monroe was asked to review a very old and nearly worn out stamping die that had produced literally millions of small speaker grills. The small grill was the industry standard in its size and used in everything from cars to cameras.

Replacing the die would have cost 150,000 dollars. Without design drawings, we took it apart, developed many new sections, and brought it back into full-scale production for less than $20,000.
