Wisconsin Fastener Supply has been a family owned business for over 35 years starting in the owner’s bedroom and growing now to a 23,000sq ft facility. We pride ourselves and bringing Worry-Free Solutions to our customers by partnering with them for all their needs. While fasteners are where we started we now offer much more as we have grown into abrasives, paint, jansan, safety, shipping supplies, and more.

Over the last few years, we have put a big focus on technology both in our warehouse and on the road with our sales reps and delivery routes.

• We have been running on wireless warehouse now for a few years increasing our efficiencies and accuracy.
• Using the TBE VMI mobile app has helped the reps better serve their customer while also being able to enter their order right into the system faster and more accurately.
• We recently went to paperless order picking in the warehouse which again has increased efficiencies in order filling and accuracy. All of our drivers, including reps, use the delivery app which allows us to give the customers detailed proof of delivery with either the signature or picture of the delivery.
  
  All of these technology advances not only help us internally but allow us to better serve our customers and improve the partnership we strive to gain with them.
