EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH: Gary McClure

Congratulations Gary McClure on being Employee Of The Month for October 2021

Nomination

Gary has embraced the OneMonroe approach to sales and has had some of our best cross-selling wins. Throughout the pandemic, Gary never stopped looking for ways to grow his business and keep his current customer base supplied with parts.

Gary’s strongest traits are his drive and ambition. He is always willing to accept responsibility for his customer’s issues and will proactively search for ways to solve their issues. Gary has been in the sales game for 20 years and sold to just about every industrial application there is. In those 20 years, Gary has accrued a remarkably diverse customer list, with that comes an ability to sell and service his customers from the parts manager all the way up to the owners.

Anytime Monroe grows, Gary always takes the time to learn the new products we offer and then looks to see if any of his current customers can use those parts. He genuinely cares about every customer he has and goes above and beyond for them to not only make sure they have everything they need but also give them every option possible.
