Biography
I started with the company in 1989, working in the shipping/receiving department while going to school. By 1990 I was up in the office handling the tasks of expediting, purchasing, and customer service. In 1991 I was out on the road with the previous owner, learning the ins and outs of the rubber industry. I was introduced to many interesting customers and suppliers. That is when I realized, this could be a career. I moved into sales and have been here ever since. I became sales manager in 2005 and when we were acquired by Monroe in 2013, I moved into the GM roll.
This is a great company to work for. In all that time, this company has afforded me to get married, have two kids, build a house, and now we are at the grandchildren stage and have two so far.
I wouldn't do anything different.
