Contratulations!! Morgan Cianelli!

Monroe Cable – CT is proud to announce the promotion of Morgan Cianelli to Customer Service Rep / Inside Sales for our Connecticut operation effective Jan 4, 2021.

Morgan joined the Connecticut team in 2016 (formerly DiCON Connections). She started in the stockroom, and over the past 5 years has transitioned from there to take on responsibilities for bookkeeping and purchasing.

Morgan has also played a crucial role in our recent Connecticut acquisition, working with our corporate accounting and HR teams to facilitate a seamless transition with payroll, health care, and employee relations. She also provided executive support by helping to transition the responsibilities of former DiCON ownership and managing any ongoing projects through to completion.

In her new role, Morgan will be a key point of communication between our customers and the operation, reporting directly to Plant Management while working closely with our Sales Director Kyle Gill to help grow the business.

Morgan has a very positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever and whenever needed, qualities that our customers and fellow associates have come to appreciate!
