Andy is a positive, hard-working teammate who loves Monroe and cares about our success. Andy has been with Monroe since 2004. Throughout the years, Monroe has experienced many changes, but Andy has remained a constant, hard-working, can-do attitude member of the team and a true example of what has made and continues to make Monroe Great!
He is never one to shy away from a difficult task and performs his job with care and focus. I’m extremely proud of the entire Operations Team at Rochester, Andy included. – Dan Dooley
